Submitting a request does not require you to purchase services and does not require Cogtex to accept or perform an engagement.
4. Separate Customer Agreements
These Terms govern use of the Site. Paid services, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment terms, support obligations, confidentiality, intellectual property rights, data handling, and other engagement-specific terms are governed by the applicable written customer agreement, statement of work, order form, invoice, or similar document.
5. User Submissions
If you submit business information, system details, files, messages, or other materials to Cogtex, you represent that you have the right to provide them and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant Cogtex the limited right to review, store, process, and use those materials as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential engagement, provide services, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.
6. Ownership
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, images, design, branding, and the selection and arrangement of those materials, are owned by Cogtex or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
